Please look over the links above for information for the tournament. I am still updating more information on the website as I get it, so please check the links from time to time.

Please remember to use the information phone line should weather problems arise. Anyone can use the phone number as it can handle numerous calls at once. We will not try to find you and update you with schedule changes and problems; you need to call the information line, as I will keep it up-dated throughout the tournament. Dress code for the players and coaches on opening day is its teams JERSEY and HAT. Everyone can wear shorts or pants, but please make sure everyone on your team is dressed with a team game jersey and team hat, this is important to help let all the teams recognize the other teams. Please encourage parents to wear school colors.

After the Homerun Derby, we will have a "Head Coaches" dinner reception for the head coaches and team asst coaches and main staff. We will give you directions to the dinner at the homerun Derby. We will have some gifts for the coaches from our sponsors at this dinner. We will also give you the game balls for your tournament games.

During the qualifying groups of the Home Run Derby teams will pick up their credentials for the week and any pre ordered items. Food, sponsor, & souvenir booths will be open for people to cruise. We will raffle off prizes and have some announcements. After the Derby, we will have a quick awards ceremony and talk about the tournament. We will ask each coach to come up and talk for two minutes or so about their team. After the awards ceremony is complete we will head over to the Coach's dinner at my house. Head Coaches, Assistant coaches, business Managers, wife's and top team staff are welcome. You do not have to stay long, but you need to at least stop by. We go out of our way for this dinner, you and your staff will be surprised! We also give you at this time gifts for the Head Coach and your Assistant Coaches from Diamond & Mizuno. We will also give you a dozen of the tournament game balls that you will use during the tournament.

I thank you very much for your time. We are going through tons of hours of preparation for this tournament to make it the best High School Tournament in the Nation. We need your help in keeping your teams efforts in this tournament as first classed as can be. Please make the effort to be prompt to every event, show good sportsmanship and class at all times. You are not only representing your school, but our tournament. We are doing everything we can to make it the best possible tournament for your enjoyment.
